I also conduct “Realtor’s Inspections” which are the same for home buyers, sellers, & investors. This is a very in depth report that consists of fully inspecting electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and roof. An average inspection takes approximately 3 hours. This is especially beneficial for people buying a home located in another city from their current residence.
